Position : Company Secretary

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Company Secretaries that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports ;
  • Perform administration tasks ;
  • keeping up to date of legal requirements ;
  • Provide comprehensive legal support ;
  • Arrange a board meeting ;
  • Manage share option schemes ;
  • Manage matters related to insurance ;
  • Advise directors on their duties ;
  • Manage office space and property.
Required profile for job ad : Company Secretary
  • A qualification in Law or Business ;
  • Proven experience as a Company Secretary ;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills ;
  • Management skills ;
  • Strong time management skills.
