Job Description

TAKE ET Trading PLC is a company engaged in manufacturing of high end quality leather fashion products to both local and international customers with its own brand name.

Currently, the company is restructuring and would like to recruit a Marketing and Brand Manager who is experienced is passionate to take the company from where it is right now to its Vision.

Roles and Responsibilities as Marketing

  • Designing company’s both local and Export marketing strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; design customer-service standards; market research, resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Develop short and long term marketing strategies, sales goals, objectives and plans
  • Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
  • Manage company E-commerce website and design a strategy to bring online international sales lead.
  • Plan, develop and implement marketing and sales programs; monitoring and evaluating the implementation and take corrective measures where necessary or design new programs.
  • Meet marketing, sales and financial objectives/goals by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual economical budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Prepare/Involve on the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
  • Create new customers acquisition strategies and maintain the existing one.
  • Works on cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
  • Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to Management team.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Create marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
  • Planning and organizing special sales and marketing programmes based on sales records and market assessments
  • Evaluating the successfulness of marketing campaigns and supporting activities.
  • Overseeing the selection, training and performance of staff
  • Representing the enterprise or organization at sales and marketing conversation, trade exhibitions and other forums
  • Search for new export market by creating adoptable remote strategies.
  • Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members when necessary;
  • Creating designs and layouts for media outlets
  • Writing pitches, blog posts and articles on the company website and social media.
  • Prepare a monthly E-newsletter and other mechanisms to engage customers and industries with the brand.
  • Create a virtual content for brand awareness creation and brand engagement for the customers
  • Strengthening the awareness and position of the brand on the market.
  • Building relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets
  • Overseeing social media accounts and ensure brand consistency
  • Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
  • Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
  • Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report of the division and submit to the Management on timely manner

      Required profile for job ad : Marketing & Brand Manager

      Education and Experience:

      • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing /Business or Master’s degree in Marketing management
      • 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing management and branding of local products on senior position 
      • Who have a track record on locally made fashion product marketing experience distribution strategies?
      • Who have a Track record of working on export market searching
      • Who have track record working on branding on senior position 

      Skills

      • Analytical skills and attention to detail
      • An understanding of fashion and export market trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes
      • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
      • Team working skills
      • Interpersonal Communication or pitching for the brand to different clients
      • The ability to manage and allocate budgets
      • Written and verbal English communication skills
      • Great experience in email communication and social media marketing and online sales leads
      • Experience with and an understanding of market research
      • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
      • An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns and out of the box strategies
