Job Ad & Profile Description

Position : Office Assistant

FINETO IoT Products is a Local technology company developing access control Hardware and software solutions. Our company is now looking for an office assistant who will be responsible to perform administrative duties for senior management. You will be handling reports and documentations, scheduling meetings, and assisting with other related duties when required.

In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to clearly write in English, be proficient with word processing applications and exhibit excellent organisational skills. A humble personality with strong communication skills is highly valued. An experience in a secretarial role is preferred but not necessary. 

Accomplished assistants are intuitive to the needs of the managers and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Creating and maintaining reports, documents, and presentations with appropriate formats.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining events calendar, and sending reminders.
Required profile for job ad : Office Assistant
    • High school diploma or associate’s degree.
    • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training is preferred.
    • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook.
    • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work well under limited supervision with exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • 1-2 years of experience as an assistant would be advantageous but not necessary.
