Plan, organize, direct, staff, and monitor overall activities in the department was my primary task. In addition, establishing and follow-up of course delivery and evaluation was also key. Furthermore, conducting research as well as encouraging staff to engage in research activities was a significant part of my duty.

Community service is also part of my academic responsibility. I usually develop and conduct trainings to students and staffs, engage in various committee which is helpful to the university as well as the community.
