In this job position, the key accomplishments, and main responsibilities in relation to the vacancy are; Preparing business review with partners and venders in different business issue, Facilitate the day to day procurement activities from concerned divisions and departments based on-demand, Managed different foreign and local procurement contract as per my delegation, Process the payment authorization for venders and business partner’s after fully or partially delivered the procurement material, LC (letter of credit) opening and process the issue until the delivery of procurement coordinated with Commercial bank of Ethiopia, Write different proposals and recommendation in business aspect, Close business issue raised from suppliers or vender due to procurement discussion, Prepare advance payment authorization and transferred to concerned bodies for approvals based on the delegation and a strong business relationship with the stakeholders (internal or external clients).
